When you enter the property the reception is in front of you and to the right hand side is the lounge, which is the ideal place to sit and unwind after a day exploring Edinburgh or as a quiet space to catch up on some work. Once checked into Mode guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of wine from the self-serve wine cuvenee in the lounge as well as enjoying free tea and coffee throughout your stay.
Each of beautifully 82 designed apartments come in either studios or one bedrooms, which have a separate living space and all feature complimentary WiFi, fully equipped kitchens, large smart TVs and hypnos beds as standard.
All apartments have a desk space, ideal for business trips to the city.
Kitchens come complete with a whole host of cooking equipment, coffee machine, a hob, induction oven and microwave, and one bedroom apartments also come with washing machines.
Bathroom amenities are by the glorious Dutch brand Moooi and I was really excited to see they are using this brand here as I visited the Moooi studios in Amsterdam a couple of years ago.
If you are looking to keep on top of your fitness regime there is a 24 hour gym in the property and if you are looking for some fresh air and green space the property has complimentary access to Queen Street Gardens West, a stunning private garden just minutes away from the property.
